Treatment Expectations
Cosmetic tattooing is an artistic and individualized procedure. While every effort is made to achieve the desired outcome, results will vary between clients due to factors including skin type, lifestyle, medications, health conditions, aftercare compliance and healing response.
Brows On Main does not guarantee specific healed results, pigment retention, colour outcome, symmetry or longevity of the treatment. Multiple sessions may be required to achieve the desired result.
Pricing
All prices are subject to change without notice. Any appointments already confirmed will be honoured at the price applicable at the time of booking.
Deposits
A non-refundable booking deposit of $100 is required to secure all appointments. Deposits may be transferred once with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Cancellations and No-Shows
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment time will forfeit their deposit and be required to pay for the service in full before booking future appointments.
Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice (“no-show”) will forfeit their deposit and be required to pay in full before booking future appointments.
Late Arrivals
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their appointment shortened, rescheduled or cancelled to avoid disruption to other bookings. Additional fees may apply.
Medical Disclosure and Suitability
Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, previous cosmetic tattoo procedures and skin treatments prior to the appointment.
Brows On Main reserves the right to refuse treatment where it is considered unsuitable or unsafe.
Right to Refuse Service
Brows On Main reserves the right to decline or cease treatment where deemed necessary, including if:
* A client attends their appointment while unwell or under the influence of drugs or alcohol
* Health or medical concerns are identified
* Client expectations are considered unrealistic or unattainable
* The safety, wellbeing or comfort of the client or technician may be at risk
Previous Cosmetic Tattoo Work
Clients with previous cosmetic tattooing performed by another artist are asked to submit photographs prior to booking. Brows On Main reserves the right to refuse, amend or charge corrective work pricing for any procedure involving previous tattooing.
Desired results cannot be guaranteed when working over existing cosmetic tattoo work.
Aftercare Responsibility
Clients must follow all aftercare instructions provided. Failure to do so may affect healed results and increase the risk of infection, poor retention or uneven healing.
Brows On Main is not responsible for complications or unsatisfactory healed results.
Follow-Up Appointments
A perfecting session is recommended 6 weeks after the initial tattooing session.
Additional Sessions
Some clients may require additional sessions to achieve their desired result. Any additional sessions will incur additional charges.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of cosmetic tattoo services, all services provided are non-refundable.
Photography Consent
Photographs may be taken before and after treatment for client records, training, and promotional purposes. Clients who do not consent to the use of their images for marketing purposes must advise Brows On Main prior to treatment.
Liability
By proceeding with treatment, the client acknowledges and accepts the risks associated with cosmetic tattooing, including allergic reactions, infection, fading, migration and dissatisfaction with healed results.
Brows On Main shall not be held liable for any adverse reactions or complications arising where clients have failed to disclose relevant medical information or follow aftercare instructions.
Adverse Reactions
If clients experience unusual swelling, signs of infection, allergic reaction or any medical concerns following treatment, they should seek medical advice immediately and notify Brows On Main as soon as possible.
Age Requirement
Clients must be at least 18 years of age to receive cosmetic tattoo services unless otherwise permitted by law and accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Amendments to Terms and Conditions
Brows On Main reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any revised terms will replace all previous versions and become effective immediately upon publication.
Payment of a booking deposit confirms that the client has read, understood and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
